Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dapper Dogs, our returns and refunds policy is simple, fair, and designed with hygiene and product integrity in mind.

No Physical Returns

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept physical returns. Once a product leaves our hands, we can no longer guarantee its condition, especially for grooming and personal care items. Returned products are never resold, and every order you receive from us is always brand new.

If an item isn’t right for you, we encourage you to gift it to someone who may enjoy it, rather than sending it back.

Not Happy With Your Purchase?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with your order or experience an issue, please contact us at info@dapperdogs.co.za within 20 days of purchase (and within 14 days of delivery for order issues), and we’ll gladly assist.

Depending on the situation and supporting information provided, we may offer:

A replacement product, a Store credit, or a refund (issued without requiring the product to be returned)

Each case is assessed individually to ensure a fair outcome for everyone.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

While our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, this policy is not an open invitation for abuse. Dapper Dogs reserves the right to apply our best judgement and may decline refunds, replacements, or credits where there is evidence of suspicious, excessive, or fraudulent activity.
