Shipping Policy

At Dapper Dogs, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout preference. We offer three types of courier delivery services, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Outlying / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, peak periods, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are pre-calculated at checkout based on the selected courier service and delivery address. These costs are calculated according to the minimum order quantity of four soap bars. Abnormal or large orders will be evaluated for possible additional charges for shipping. Please contact info@dapperdogs.co.za for bulk orders and special shipping arrangements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping is provided by a third-party courier, and delivery is subject to their terms and conditions.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no response at the delivery address or failure to collect from a pickup location the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at info@dapperdogs.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number & clear photographs of the damage or packaging. This allows us to liaise with the courier and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Third-Party Courier Terms

All deliveries are fulfilled by independent third-party courier partners. While we will always assist where possible. Dapper Dogs cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier service providers. The independent third-party courier partner terms and conditions apply.
